01How much product should I use?
Apply a generous layer of Final Kilo Thermo Gel on the desired areas. Spread the gel evenly over the skin.
02Where can I apply it?
On the stomach, back, thighs, glutes and arms. Avoid the face, eyes, mucous membranes and open wounds.
03Do I need to wash my hands?
Yes, wash your hands thoroughly with soap immediately after applying to prevent irritation.
