Returns & withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product. You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a shop.
If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.
You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the product from your home to our webshop is at your own expense. We will refund the amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good condition or you have shown proof that the product has been sent back.
Please note: products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and are delivered sealed are excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal has been broken after delivery.
